Our Services 

As a vital service in our community for more than 30 years we have a rapport like no other with our community members, families and visitors. Along with the services listed below we often just lend a listening ear or provide a safe space for vulnerable community members to seek help. Our staff will always help as much as they can. 

We offer our community a variety of services including but not limited to the following:

  • Information and referral to services: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.00pm

  • JP Services: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.00pm 

  • SecondBite Food Program: Monday to Friday, from 10am 

  • OzHarvest: 1pm Monday and 2pm Wednesdays - gold coin donation 

  • NDIS Uniting Pop Up support office each Wednesday

  • Lions Shower & Laundry Service each Monday

  • Orange Sky Laundry Service each Thursday

  • Freecycle Program: We are currently not accepting donations. We will seek to re-open Freecycle in a few months time.

  • Administrative support: photocopying, emails, help with online platforms

  • Support Groups such as: 

    • AA Meeting venue

    • Supported playgroups - Friday morning from 10am to 12noon

    • Craft groups

    • Art Classes

    • Recreational Classes

  • OOSH (Out of School Hours Care) Centre - Swansea. Services Swansea Public School, Blacksmiths Public School, Pelican Flat Public School & Marks Point Public School

  • OOSH (Out of School Hours Care) Centre - Caves Beach. Services Caves Beach Public School, Nords Wharf Public School & St Patricks Primary School.

  • Vacation Care centres at Swansea and Caves Beach

  • Volunteer opportunities at our social enterprise in Swansea,ARTea's Gallery and Garden

We are located in the Swansea Centre, where you will also find Lake Mac Libraries Swansea Branch.
